Little Lions 2-3s

In our Little Lions room, we work with parents to engage and nurture each child in a rich learning environment, whilst maintaining a homely and relaxed setting.

Areas

Calm Area - Situated in a separate room, away from the activity of the other areas, this room is cosy, homely and very relaxing. This is a fantastic space where children who require a daytime nap can sleep, or can be used as a quiet space ideal for a quiet story, puzzle or sensory/heuristic play.

Main Area - This area is home to messy play, physical play, construction, small world, role play, exploration, and provide free-flow access opportunities to the outdoor learning environments.

Nappy Changing/Toilet Facilities - Off the Main Area, we have a nappy changing area and toilet cubicles all in one room, to promote the transition from nappies to potty and then to the toilet, when the time is right for your child to do so.

Outside Space - There are two outside spaces at the nursery; the nature garden and the courtyard. For more information on these environments, please go to Outdoor Learning.

Meals and Snacks

All meals and snacks will be prepared on-site, providing a nutritious and varied diet that is perfectly balanced for this age group. Allergies and special dietary requirements will be catered for, just bring it to the attention of a member of staff. For more information, please go to What do we eat.

Morning 8am - 1pm

Afternoon 1pm - 6pm

Full Day 8am - 6pm

Full Day with extended AM 7.30am - 6pm

All up to date session prices are available within our welcome pack. We will offer Government funded free sessions for eligible 2 year olds.
